Morton®'s Seasoned Pork Loin Roast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 ½ pounds boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of fat
- 2 teaspoons prepared no-salt Italian OR Mediterranean spice blend
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Sea Salt(Coarse), divided
