Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 ½ pounds boneless pork loin roast, trimmed of fat
  • 2 teaspoons prepared no-salt Italian OR Mediterranean spice blend
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Morton® Sea Salt(Coarse), divided

1. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Morton® Sea Salt (Coarse) over garlic cloves. Chop garlic with Morton® Sea Salt (Coarse) until minced.
