Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 ½ cups 1/2-inch cubes peeled fresh pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ¼ cups panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
    • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
    • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin

Stir pineapple cubes, sugar, minced ginger, and 3/4 cup water in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until mixture comes to boil.
