Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) lean, boned pork loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Plum slices (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon five-spice powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 5 tablespoons Spiced Plum Butter
    • Cooking spray
    • Sage sprigs (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°. Unroll roast; trim fat. Reroll roast; secure at 1-inch intervals with heavy string.
