#1 Hot Asian BBQ Sauce


  • 1 teaspoon(s) Asian chili paste with garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Chinese hot mustard
  • 1 cup(s) ketchup

Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chili paste. Makes 1 1/4 cups. To use, brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling. Can also be used as a dip.
