10-Hour BBQ Pork

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 c orange juice
  • 2 c coffee
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 16 oz ketchup
  • 3 c balsamic vinegar
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 c molasses
    • 2 t ground cinnamon
    • ½ t ground cloves
    • 2 beers
    • 8 lb pork but
    • 10 cloves garlic
