Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 5 pounds pork baby back ribs, racks cut in half
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
