Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 5 pounds pork baby back ribs, racks cut in half
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
