- 200 grams sugar
- 200 grams water
- 400 grams white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Asian pears
- Pickled Asian Pear:
- 20 grams olive oil
- 50 grams whey
- 100 grams whole milk
- 200 grams crème fraîche
- 30 grams mozzarella curd
