  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Pat pork tenderloin dry and season on all sides with salt and pepper.
