  • ½ tsp. five-spice powder
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs. dry sherry
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 2 Tbs. hoisin sauce

    • 1 1- to 1-¼-lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
