Chipotle Pork Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon plus adobo sauce
• ½ small avocado
• 1 large tomatillo
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 4 hamburger buns
• ½ cup cilantro sprigs
• 4 slices Muenster cheese
• + 3 more ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons minced chipotle in adobo
  • 1 pound ground pork (not lean)
