  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/4 lb.)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup apple cider
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
