Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 ¼ orange juice
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1 fat-trimmed boned and tied pork shoulder or butt (about 3 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried oregano
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • ¾ cup fat-skimmed chicken broth
    • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
