Coriander-Crusted Pork Tenderloin
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- One 1- to 1-¼-lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 Tbs. coriander seeds, crushed
