Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c dried cranberries
  • ½ to 2/3 c dry red wine
  • Coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 pork tenderloin, cut into 8 tenders
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 or 2 clove garlic, minced
