Ingredients

1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme (opt)
1 ½ tablespoon(s) olive oil -extra virgin
8 pound(s) pork crown roast (14 - 16 ribs)
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
