Crown Roast of Pork
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt

- 1 ½ tablespoon(s) olive oil -extra virgin
- 8 pound(s) pork crown roast (14 - 16 ribs)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
