  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 tsp. mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 large dill pickles, sliced
    • 8 thin slices Swiss
    • 4 (10-to-11-inch) hoagie rolls, French rolls or hero rolls, halved lengthwise
    • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
    • 8 thin slices ham

Sprinkle pork with cumin and pepper. Place in a large, plastic resealable bag with garlic and 2 Tbsp. oil. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 450°F.
