Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) celery, shredded
  • ¼ cup(s) onion, diced or shredded
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 egg yolk; save the whites for wrapping
  • ½ teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • ½ cup(s) green pepper, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup(s) cabbage, shredded (I use a food processor)
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic
    • egg roll wrappers
    • 1 pound(s) pork sausage
    • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
    • 1 cup(s) carrots, shredded

Brown pork sausage, then drain. Place vegetables in fry pan, add sugar, salt, yolk, soy sauce and garlic and cook for 10 min. Return meat to pan, mix together and cook another 5 min.
