Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ¼ pound boneless pork steak, cubed
    • ½ pound boneless beef sirloin, cubed
    • FILLING:
    • ¼ cup cold water or milk
    • ½ cup shortening
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1. Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Add enough water or milk to moisten dry ingredients. Shape into a ball. Cover and set aside. 2.
