  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar

Heat oven to 450° F. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, coriander, and lemon juice. Brush the pork with half the marinade.
