GRAPEFRUIT SWEET POTATO BAKE
- 1 can(s) sweetened grapefruit sections (1 lb can)
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 1 can(s) 1 lb.2 ounce sweet potatoes or equivalent of fresh sweet potatoes, cooked until tender
- ¾ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- ¼ cup(s) brown sugar
Drain grapefruit. Combine juice with brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Arrange sweet potatoes and grapefruit sections in 1-1/2 qt. casserole; pour on syrup mixture. Dot with butter. Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes. Serves 6. Serve on platter alongside pork chops.
