Herbed Roast Pork

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened

1. Preheat oven to 475°. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub butter mixture over pork. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 475° for 17 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 5 minutes; thinly slice.
