  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar (not seasoned)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha (Asian chile sauce)
  • 1 2 -inch piece ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely grated

    • 3 2 -pound racks baby back pork ribs
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • 2 scallions (white and light green parts only), chopped
    • Coleslaw, for serving
