Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dark sesame oil, divided
  • ¾ cup sesame seeds, divided
  • 1 (10-ounce) package mixed salad greens
  • 1 bok choy, shredded
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 pounds boneless pork loin, trimmed
    • ½ (16-ounce) package wonton wrappers
    • 1 cup vegetable oil, divided
    • 10 to 12 small green onions, sliced

Cut wonton wrappers into 1/2-inch strips, and cut pork into 3- x 1-inch strips; set aside.
