  • Salt to taste
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 1 t prepared mustard
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • ¼ c ketchup

    • 1/3 c red wine vinegar
    • 1 (3 pound) pork tenderloin
    • Meat tenderizer to taste
    • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
