Korean-Style Pork Tenderloin

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add pork. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 425°.
