  • 3 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 1 cup Italian seasoning bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 lb ground Italian pork sausage
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ lb fresh ground sirloin (10% fat)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all wet ingredients in large bowl with hands, then add dry ingredients and mix well again with hands.
