  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Major Grey’s chutney
  • 4 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)

Combine all the ingredients. Pass the sauce separately when serving the pork tenderloins.
