  • Optional: Sliced cheese, such as Pepper Jack, Cheddar, or American
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise - regular, no fat or low fat

    • 2 teaspoon(s) minced canned chipotles in adobo sauce (adjust to amount of heat wanted)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) adobo sauce from can
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
