Mexi Burgers

Ingredients

• 2 pound(s) ground pork
• 1 pound(s) ground turkey
• 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
• 2 teaspoon(s) oregano - dried
• 2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
• Optional: Sliced cheese, such as Pepper Jack, Cheddar, or American
• 1 cup(s) mayonnaise - regular, no fat or low fat

• • 2 teaspoon(s) minced canned chipotles in adobo sauce (adjust to amount of heat wanted)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) adobo sauce from can
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • season with a little salt
