  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

    • 1 pound ground pork
