  • Red Wine Sauce (optional)
  • 3 (3/4-pound) pork tenderloins
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
