Ingredients

  • lemon wedges
  • ½ pound fresh bratwurst sausages
  • butter

    • ¾ pound Mexican chorizo (spicy fresh pork sausages)
    • 12 oysters
    • 12 oyster knives
    • cocktail sauce
    • 12 oven mitts or thick kitchen towels
    • 2 yards burlap (for grill method) or heavy-duty foil

Prepare grill for cooking with about 7 pounds of briquets. (You'll need about 15 pounds of briquets total.)
