Ingredients
- ¾ pound Mexican chorizo (spicy fresh pork sausages)
- 12 oysters
- 4 small hard-shelled (littleneck) clams
- 1 bottle beer (not dark)

- lemon wedges
- butter

- 2 yards burlap (for grill method) or heavy-duty foil
- ½ pound fresh bratwurst sausages
- ½ pound smoked bratwurst sausages
