Ingredients

  • ¾ pound Mexican chorizo (spicy fresh pork sausages)
  • Lowcountry aoli
  • 2 yards burlap (for grill method) or heavy-duty foil
  • 12 oysters
  • lemon wedges
  • 12 oyster knives
  • 4 small hard-shelled (littleneck) clams
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • butter
    • cocktail sauce
    • ½ pound smoked bratwurst sausages
    • 1 bottle beer (not dark)
    • 12 oven mitts or thick kitchen towels
    • ½ pound fresh bratwurst sausages
