Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins, 10-12 ounces each
  • 2 - 8 ¼ ounce pineapple tidbits inch own juice, drained except for ¼ cup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 clove(s) garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup(s) sherry or apple juice
  • 2 slice(s) ginger root, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chili Sauce
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) honey
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 green onion sliced

Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag, mix all ingredients and pour over pork. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork and all bag ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for approximately one hour or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
