Ingredients

  • 3 lbslean pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoonall-purpose flour
  • 1 -2 teaspoonolive oil
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsfrozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cupchicken stock

    • 1 tablespoonground cumin
    • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 1 mediumonion, chopped
    • ½ cupcider vinegar
    • 4 dried pasilla peppers
    • 6 new mexico anaheimdried red chilies
