Pork and Mango Kebabs

Ingredients

• 4 ripe mangoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
• 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

• 1 ½ pound(s) boneless pork sirloin cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
