Pork-and-Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients

• ¼ cup(s) low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon(s) hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
• 4 ounce(s) ground pork
• 3 small (5 ounces each) Chinese sausages, thinly sliced (see Note)
• 3 scallions, white parts minced and green parts sliced
