Pork and Pineapple Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ medium pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 1 ¼ pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
