Ingredients

  • ¾ pound ground pork (from shoulder; not lean)
  • 1 3 1/4-inch round cookie cutter
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • ½ cup light soy sauce
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

Stir together flour and 1/2 cup lukewarm water in a bowl until a dough forms.
