PORK SLOW COOKER
Ingredients
- 1 jar(s) salsa (Verde) (green salsa)
- 8 red potatoes (small)
- 3 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
- Cilantro
- 1 bone inch pork shoulder
Mix cilantro, garlic cloves and potatoes. Place pork on top of potato mixture. Pour salsa all over. Cover and cook on low for eight to ten hours.
