Pork Tenderloin Stir-Fry with Tangerines and Chili Sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 5 green onions
- 6 baby bok choy
- 1 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
