Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 large onion, cut in half, sliced
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
  • 1 cup pale ale beer, root beer or cola
