Pulled pork with spicy coleslaw


  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Ready-made barbecue sauce
  • soft white bread rolls
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 175g/6oz mayonnaise
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • 1 red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
    • 2 red onions, finely sliced
    • 2 carrots, grated
    • half white cabbage, finely chopped
    • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 3 onions, finely sliced
    • 250ml/9fl oz cider
    • 200ml/7¼fl oz white wine vinegar
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
    • 2kg/4lb 6½oz pork shoulder
    • oil, for greasing
