Raspberry Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons 100% raspberry spreadable fruit
  • SAUCE:

    • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat butter
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • ½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
    • 1 pork tenderloin (¾ pound)
