Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • ¾ cups carrots, shredded
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 piece raw egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 3 cups cooking oil (for deep frying)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
    • 1 pack egg roll wrappers
    • 1 pound ground pork
