  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ¾ cup Parmesan
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 carrot

    • 1 pound mezzi rigatoni
    • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
