Roasted Pig Stomach


  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 3 cup(s) bread cubes
  • 2 piece(s) celery, diced
  • onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 pound(s) fresh pork sausage

Melt butter in skillet, Sauté onion and celery. In a separate bowl, mix bread, eggs and water. Pour onion mix into bread. Add potatoes and sausage. Stir together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
