Roasted Pig Stomach
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 cup(s) bread cubes
- 2 piece(s) celery, diced
- onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup(s) water
- + 1 more ingredients

- 2 pound(s) fresh pork sausage
Melt butter in skillet, Sauté onion and celery. In a separate bowl, mix bread, eggs and water. Pour onion mix into bread. Add potatoes and sausage. Stir together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
