  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • Salt
  • 1 pound lean pork tenderloin
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Nonstick butter-fl avored cooking spray
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 5 teaspoons agave nectar

    • A pinch of ground nutmeg
    • ½ cup toasted walnuts
    • 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
    • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
