  • ¼ cupturbinado sugar
  • 2 teaspoonsdry mustard
  • 3 cupschicken stock
  • 1 cupdry white wine
  • ¼ cupapple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cupchoppedplum tomato

    • 1 wholepork butt
    • ¼ cuppaprika
    • 2 tablespoonssalt
    • 1 teaspooncayenne
    • ¼ cupmolasses
    • 3 tablespoonsshallots, minced
    • 2 tablespoonspitted dates, minced
    • 1 tablespoongarlic, minced
