Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1 pint(s) cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pound(s) boneless pork sirloins, cut into 1 inch cubes

In a medium sized bowl, whisk all marinade ingredients together. Place pork into a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it.
