Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil; more as needed for the baking sheet
  • 1-½ tsp. cumin seeds
  • ¼ cup plain low-fat or whole-milk yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh breadcrumbs (from a baguette or other white artisan-style bread)
  • ¾ tsp. kosher salt
  • Two 1-½-lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Fresh coarsely ground black pepper
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1-½ tsp. coriander seeds
    • 1-½ tsp. sesame seeds
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1-½ tsp. mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
