  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 ½ pounds pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • Cranberry-Avocado Salsa
